You must provide accurate information when making a reservation, including the correct number of guests, date, and time. Significant discrepancies may result in the venue refusing to honor your reservation.

6. Pricing and Payments

6.1 Platform Fees

• GrabATable does not charge diners for making reservations
• Venues may charge for their services as outlined in their menus and policies
• Some venues may require deposits or prepayments, which are paid directly to the venue

6.2 Venue Pricing

Prices displayed on the Platform are provided by venues and may be subject to change. GrabATable is not responsible for pricing errors or discrepancies between displayed prices and actual venue prices.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Make fraudulent or speculative reservations
• Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm venues, staff, or other users
• Attempt to manipulate or game the reservation system
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to make reservations
• Resell reservations made through the Platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GrabATable or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Reviews and User Content

9.1 Review Guidelines

• Reviews must be based on genuine experiences
• Reviews must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• You may not post fake reviews or reviews for compensation
• We reserve the right to remove or modify reviews that violate these guidelines

By submitting reviews or other content to the Platform, you grant GrabATable a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content.
